1KZTE ECU

My ride ECU is dead.
It is 1KZTE M/T (Manual Transmission)
Nameplate data is
89661-60230
175800-1283 12V
Make DENSO.

Could not find it & have replaced with a 1KZTE A/T
Nameplate data is
89661-26170
175800-1335 12V
Make DENSO

Now the ride is OK with following issues
Engine IDLE RPM are little higher i.e. around 900-950 RPM which I presume are due to A/T ECU
Engine Manual Choke Button is not working.

I have not given a long run to my RIG,
My question is
What issues I can encounter if any.
Or This ECU will serve the purpose

I may have an ect box from a 1991 lj78 may be the same may not. Id have to look for it...

Edit never mind you need a mt box..

I am still searching the M/T ECU for 1KZTE.
Till then I have installed A/T ECU.
It is working fine with some minor issues of Engine RPM at idle speed.
Rest is OK
& for all
It can be used as a replacement till correct ECU is in hand

Might be a cheaper option.
