1kz-te conversion into LJ71

I have removed a 2l-te from my LJ71 and have mounted a 1kz-te in its place.
I can start the 1kz-te, but it is at high revs. I'm assuming its an electrical conection.
Has anyone done this conversion, if you have i'm looking for a ideas as to where to from here. Thanks
 
Most owners use a 1KZ T fuel pump and lose the electronics.
From memory ,this engine has about 53 sensors attached to the engine,do you have them all plugged in?

My cousin did this conversion (2L-T ---> 1KZ-TE),

I cant not help you, but if you have doubts, i can ask my cousin to help you, the trouble is that my cousin does not know English :hillbilly: :hillbilly:


The conversion is not easy to do, too many connectors, sensors, and many cables :doh: :doh:
