1HZ or VDJ V8 in HZJ78? Help me please..

Ahoj, jsem z ČR .. 7 let jsem měl HZJ78 1HZ. Před pár dny jsem měl nehodu v Albánii a teď přemýšlím, zda koupit nový Hzj78 s 1hz motorem nebo zda koupit motor v8? Můžete mi prosím poradit? Řekněte mi prosím klady a zápory každého motoru? Děkuji mnohokrát!

Hi, I'm from the Czech Republic .. I had HZJ78 1HZ for 7 years. A few days ago I had an accident in Albania and now I am thinking whether to buy a new Hzj78 with a 1hz engine or whether to buy a v8 engine? Can you please advise me? Toyota made the VDJ body 110mm wider for a reason. To fit the V8.

1hz will be a much better solution, regardless of pros and cons.

Thank you for answer. I would buy a brand new vehicle with a v8 engine. I would try to repair the old ones and sell them. I understand that putting a v8 engine in the body where it was 1hz is nonsense

Vdj78. 1000%. You won't ever look back

VDJ78 x2. The 1HZ cannot hold water to that engine. The only thing better IMO is the 1HD-FT/FTE.

Not that I know anything about either engine but after reading the Aussie forums you realize the V8 had huge potential for both horsepower and torque. It appears to be highly de-tuned by Toyota.
