I have been considering my options to get a oil take off point for the turbo and oil pressure gauge .
1. use the oil pressure switch take off point but not really keen to hang that much weight off a 1/8" BSP fitting
2. drill and tap block in same location as factory turbo this would be the best option if the block was bare and out of vehicle but it isn't.
3. A Sandwich plate looks to be the best option after much searching around the 1HZ specific ones are pretty pricey and rather bulky due to the length of the threaded spigot that the filter screws on to .I was wondering if anyone knows how this spigot attaches to the oil cooler housing I am hoping it is threaded in and I can make a short one to fit a standard sandwich plate.
