1HZ injector service kit HELP!!!! (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone,

I’ve tried searching and either I’m a dummy, simply can’t find it. I recently became the proud owner of a 91 fj80, code name Moby Dick. Was fortunate to get the beast with a 1hz n/a. It’s been parked for about 2 years. I got it started, however I’ve sprung a leak! Injector #2 is leaking at the injector just under the the fuel return line, aka the leakage line. There is what looks like a rubber seal that just about gone there. I’ve been trying to locate a service kit or replacement seals/washers, I believe Toyota refers to them as gaskets.

Long story short, I need help finding these seals/washers/gaskets.

Can anyone help? Has anyone replaced these before?

I’m located in beautiful Southern California where the sun is plentiful just like our traffic!

I’ve tried calling some local shops and no cigar...

11177-64010 x6
23654-64010 x6

They are a standard size. Any gasket thats the correct size will work. Any fuel injection shop or denso distributor will have them

If its a factory diesel , its a HZJ80.

Not factory, it was swapped. Mated to a 5 speed with part time 4wd transfer case swapped in as well.
