Did your quote include new nozzles?
Where were they done Jonathon? Is that Allied Holmes?
Have you read this thread, and are you sure the shop can deal with the HD-T two spring system? If so, and if they have the bench that can deal with the second crack pressure, post up their name. If this is a reman injector, are they pulling it apart and checking the capsule crack pressure to ensure it is correct?
Also remember that after checking the needle with the microscope, if they needle is okay, your check, clean, re-set to crack pressure rebuild will be cheaper then if new nozzles are needed.

injectors cleaned and reset
I just got mine back and all 6 were sonically cleaned and reset, new seals included. total under $500.

I was quoted that price for replacement injectors or rebuilds at least. Mine, w/ 250k were all toast. They were beyond cleaning. The shop I deal with is a Denso dealer and know what they are doing. I trust these guys and have dealt w/ them for years. Surrey Diesel Injection is the place. Tom and Sean are the owners/ technicians.

Not been on the board much but must mention I worked for nforce(Dave) who should post up pics of his cool rig with new rims and tires.
Did his BBs, they were toast, to say the least.
Mac I also know and he mentioned the other day that when he pulled his bottom end apart the big end bearings showed signs of wear?

For the folks that got your injectors done. Did you have lots of black smoke come out of the HDJ before getting them done? I will be getting mine done here in a week. I'm getting to to much black smoke so I'm thinking that the injectors need to be done. If you had the same problem as me did it fix the too much black smoke.
