I need to change the BEB's on my HD-T, my have never being done.
I was wondering if anybody can recommend a shop that is familiar with this job here in the Austin area?
I don't know if Edwin and the guys over the land cruiser specialist is the best choice for the job.
Any suggestion will be very appreciate it

I always assumed you would need a regrind if the BEB are worn down. On a 1HD Probability is that they are fine unless you let the engine run dry of oil, or you are hearing a knock.

the rod bearings that everybody recommends to change on this HD-T diesel engines, my has 76000 thousands kilometers and I'm sure that is never being done.
My engine has an small ticking notice, but the oil pressure is great, I want to get this done before there is bigger problem.
I was going to bring the cruiser to Edwin next week but I was curious if somebody recommends another shop in town that is familiar with this type of work

Yes, I'm not looking forward laying down on my back underneath the truck with oil dripping on my face, by the way David where did you buy the set of Taiho CON-ROD bearings that you used for Betty White?

The guys over the Land Cruiser Specialist did a great job changing my rod bearings, I'm glad it got done, with only 77K kilometers it was showing delamination

Got the parts, Rod bearings and 12 bolts from from Radd Cruisers like you recommended, by the way great guys, cost was $180 including shipping
OEM oil filter $20,
10 quarts of diesel oil, $60
Labor 4 hours $600
total $860
It need it to be done, engine repair would it be allot more
