You say that this is a 24V starter but the little Toyota sticker in the picture says 12V right on it.

This part should be for a 2lte motor not 1HD-T and is $69 at camelback toyota

Looks like a 1HZ/1HD starter nose cone and gear with a 12 V motor on it.
