Seems fair, inside looks real nice. A family member just paid around $11.5 for a 1999 with 140k. Mechanically was really good, except for windshield... And interior isn't nearly as nice as your pictures.

Maybe put up some more pictures and describe the maintenance & repair history on it. Anyone on here that would be interested will probably be asking those questions. Has it been an Arizona or Colorado truck for most it's life?

Always an arizona car I believe. We bought it because we couldn't believe the condition at 150K miles. looks, runs, and drives as a 75K mile car. Were not able to obtain prior records, but spoke to both lexus dealer and shop where most of maintenance was performed and everything checked out. Looks to have taken road trips only as the wear on drivers seat is minimal as well as the rest of the car. post requests for other pics. Thanks Andy

I ran the Carfax, and it shows that the vehicle spent some time in North Dakota. Were you the owner of the vehicle at the time? if so, I presume it was used as a winter car?

As you can see in the pictures my father (who owns the car) licenses the car in North Dakota, where he is a resident and keeps it in Arizona. It may have been driven back and forth to North Dakota once to move their clothing back and forth, but it has been an arizona and possibly california vehicle its whole life. Jurel, can you post the carfax? The reason for selling is he found a 2006 with 40K miles to replace this one. There is nothing wrong with this vehicle, i would drive it to Alaska tomorrow with my three children in the back.

Pictures taken right along Lincoln somewhere no? Looks sweet. Any service done? Diffs, transfer, transmission, brakes (seems crazy to not spell that breaks here on the Interweb), coolant, ... ?

I had the used car manager at my job run the Carfax, but I don't have it handy right now. I will say that everything on it was right on the money (no accidents, no odometer issues, and good service history).

that is a really nice example and super clean for the mileage. GLWS, I am not in the market until early next year but this would fit the bill for me! T

Very nice rig. A little closer and a few months done the road, I'd jump on it.

Bump for a clean LX470..........

10k is a good deal its a shame I have to finance and he doesn't want a check and my credit union wont let me do a wire transfer to him!

Good luck with the sale!

If you're really serious about it, get the loan at your credit union, have them disburse the funds into your account, hop a plane, meet him in Phoenix, take him with you to any of the CUs below (nearly all CUs participate now), withdraw the funds from your account, had them over to him, take the bill of sale and title back with you, give it to your home CU, and enjoy your new truck! I've done that twice from vehicles I bought from eBay, and it worked great.

Sheesh, who really wants to hold $10k cash. Cashier's check (and meet at bank so funds can be verified), proof of funds letter, letter of credit, open a line of credit of you can and just pay the cash, there are a lot of options when buying cars. Just curious, what lender did you find to finance a 1999 vehicle?
