Below is a list of all modifications! All modifications in Red are within the last 8 months.
Motor Mods
Dual battery trays (currently only one battery installed)
K&N open air filter with custom intake tube and K&N foam wrap to help keep the mud, water etc out
Custom Header with flowmaster muffler
Throttle body spacer
New fuel rail with 23lb-3 port injectors
Manual clutch and electric cooling fans
High output, 160 amp alternator
Thumb throttle (for winching and On Board Air)
Body/ Lift/ Skids mods
4 ½” BDS lift- new coils, leafs and bushings front and rear (1 ½ months old)- instelled but have not been used off-road
Extended brake lines front and rear
New Zone shocks front and rear- (1 ½ months old) custom upper shock mounts in rear
Custom rock rails in place of rocker panels (5 months old)
231 transfer case with SYE (slip yoke eliminator)
Stock TJ fender flares front and rear with fender trimming
Custom front bumper
Custom rear bumper ( welded to trailer hitch) with tire carrier, hi-lift jack/ gas can mount- CB antenna mount
Gas tank skid- 3/16” steel (can’t remember make)
Custom Transfer case skid
Euro style tail lights
High output head-lights
Front Axle
High Pinion D30 with 4.56 gears
Alloy shafts- inner and outer with bigger u-joints (4 months)
ARB air locker (ARB air compressor for locker operation) -4 months old
Chevy 1 ton high steer conversion (5 months old)
Differential skid/ bash cover
Premium hub end bearings
New brake pads and calliper bolts
Rubicon Express track bar with custom upper mount and new Johnny joint (5 months old)
Custom Lower control arm mounts with skids (all ¼ plate steel)
Upper control arm passenger side mount beefed up
Custom front driveshaft
Rear Axle
Chrysler 8.25 axle, 4.56 gears and lock right locker
Custom upper shock mounts
Custom ¼” steel plate diff cover
Custom rear driveshaft
Tires
5 tires/rims - 33”x12.5x15 MT Baja Claws on 5 D window steel rims- 4 tires 90% spare is 25%
Factory tinted windows on back doors and rear compartment
Licensed and inspected till April 2011
Few small dents and scratches
