The LX460 looks and drives better, that might be a tougher choice, but 470, no brainer there.

they only thing really scaring me from the LX is the AHC and all that messy hydraulic crap underneath. how hoard is it to remove that stuff. I have looked on here for a video on how to do it but no luck finding one
thanks for the infoI was worried about that, too... until I had the vehicle in my garage, started researching it more, and understanding it. This is NOT the trouble-prone nightmare air-suspensions of old. You CAN maintain it yourself. You can even fix it yourself.. no complicated dealership mystery machines involved. It works great, and there's lots of high mileage examples with the system still going strong.
Having said that, if you want to rip it out, it's been done a million times, too, and you'll find plenty of folks who'll talk you through it... or do it for you.
