For Sale: Silver 1997 E420 Sport - 13,000 obo
Pristine Silver 1997 Mercedes E 420 Sport with 59,000 miles. Car in like new condition, completely loaded with all factory options plus an additional $4,000 dollar stereo system (have receipt). Car has been babied and garaged for most of it's life. Any and all maintenance performed by certified mechanics. Recent work done: new brake pads/rotors, air conditioning recharge, full tune up, new window regulators for the back windows, all fluids changed. Stereo system appears stock however all speakers replaced with high end components, amplifier custom install in trunk - sits flush with the trunk - 6 disc changer in the trunk. Sound system is crystal clear, not a big thumping base machine just crystal clear full sound. Car has wired radar/laser detector that is included with the sale. Also included are 4 snow tires. Car has 17" Mercedes AMG rims with good tread remaining on the tires. Car needs absolutely nothing, no rust, almost perfect paint with minimal scratches considering age of the car. Sport package adds stiffer suspension; AMG rims, and gives it a sporty look. V8 runs smooth, gobs of power/torque, and relatively good gas mileage (17/23mpg). No rattles, car runs tight and is very smooth and handles very well. Leather seats are near perfect, no rips or tears, one small dark stain on the back seat otherwise perfect. Carpets in near perfect condition, no stains or tears. Wood paneling and rest of the dash look brand-new. Car has xenon headlights, electric seats in front with pneumatic lumbar support and memory, key-less entry, dual climate control, sun-roof, Front/passenger airbags including side impact airbags, and homelink system. Does well in snow with traction control and snow tires.
