Hi,i have a 97 Lancruiser with 207k. I want to keep it but i need new tires. I have on 'stock' 275/70/16's .....i would LIKE to go to a BF Goodrich All-Terrain T/A 285/75/16. I really like the aggressive/bold look of the tire. They unfortunately dont make that particular tire in a 285/70/16......so that leaves me with a 285/75/16. I already know the tire will be about 3/4-1 inch wider and about 1.5 in taller. I was hoping to see if anybody else has run a 285/75/16 on a cruiser without getting into liftkits ect. I just dont want any rubbing issues. Any imput is GREATLY appreciated!!! Thank You very much:)

Yes.

Mark...

Thanks Mark....

How bout a 295/75/16? Will that stick out too far? Ik it would be slightly taller too....i just dont wanna push it too much bc i wont be making any mods or lifts......Thanks again!!!!!

Just go to your tire store and have them put something on. They'll let you look at it before you buy it.

285/75 and 305/70s fit with no lift and not issues.

285/75/ 16 Stock suspension, no lift, no problem...spare fits underneath with factory tow package. No rubbing, no worries...

Ran 285/75/16's before I put my lift on. No rubbing or other issues. They filled the wheel well very nicely!
