1997 toyota land cruiser will turn over but won't start...tried to read the codes but only received an error message...seemed like the fuel pump was not working because it was disconnected and nothing was coming out of the hose when it was tested...sorry for the bad description...so the fuel pump was changed but it still will only turn over and not start...and each time a fuse is blown when trying to start...what else could be the problem? my husband and his friend are working on it...has blown 5 fuses so far and the fuse that is blown is the EFI fuse.

thank you...I was not sure where to post...i love my cruiser but sometimes I feel like it doesn't loave me...my husband decided to take it to the dealership today:crybaby:

97cruiserlady, Give us a update. I normally work on everything else other then late model cruisers and always find shorts "probably because they are so reliable :)". What part of Washington state do you live?
