Why is the gear selector on the wrong side of the console? 
location and maybe a few details? did this just land? any maintenance history? diff locks? full time or part time case?

If they are going to ask that price make sure it's worth that price, I'm no expert but I have seen conversions from local guys and others here on Mud and it looks factory.... On this one for starters the shifter thing throws it off... Looks like they couldn't decide in the 'factory' if they wanted this a LHD or a RHD
I give up on this Dealer's posts.

If you browse the dealers inventory - you'll see crazy prices. $40k for a GX470 (with a 4.0L v6) w/ 92,000km??? $9,600 for a 2000 Tacoma prerunner sr5 w/ 252,000 km?!?! And last but not least - a 2001 4x2 Ford Ranger w/ 152,000 kms for..............

I just noticed too that the driver seat is the RHD passanger seat so not only does the Passenger have complete control over the E-Brake and Shifting He/She has the most comfortable seat!
