Trading it in she'll be lucky to get 7K for it, so I'd think you should consider dropping the price. A local, locked 80 with only 100K miles sold for less than 8K here in SE Alaska, where nice 4WD's usually command good prices. It wasn't quite as nice as yours, but pretty nice.
