1996 LX 450 for sale

Good morning-

I am wondering if I can get some assistance on a LX in Iowa? Here's the link. LX450 Landcruiser. I have emailed back and forth with the guy and he seems like a straight shooter, but would love to have a set of eyes on it from a MUDder before I head that way or transport it down.
