I hate to do it, but I never drive my truck. In the past year I have used it twice. Once to drive to Oregon-Southern California-back to San Jose, then to Tahoe and back. I have put 4,000 miles on it in the last 2 years.
Onto the details
1996 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 Reg Cab Short Bed. Fully Loaded work truck package (smooth door panels, heavy duty fabric seats). 134k miles
318 V8. Head Gaskets done at 55k, Hugues Plenum Kit, and Dual Roller Timing chain done at 110k.
Auto Trans Replaced with Mopar Performance Trans at 61k
231hd transfer case replaced with Mopar Performance Case at 61k
Rear driveshaft replaced with a heavy duty shaft from Wicked Driveline at 115k.
Both axles are stock. Front end has new brakes
2500 variable ratio steering box. DSS steering box brace. 1 ton tie rod and drag link from wicked fabrication.
Rancho front suspension, with the shocks mounted outside the coil. Heim Joints on the sway bar. Rancho 9000 shocks
Superlift 4.5" rear springs, with the rear blocks removoed. Rancho 9000 shocks
5 33x12.5x15" Bridgestone Mud's on 15x8 American Racing wheels
Headache rack from Farva Fab
Putnam hitch, and Hoppy brake controller
Interrior has a kenwood deck, front sony 6x9's, clarion 6" rounds in the back, 10" crunch sub in a bazooka tube, Pioneer amp, uniden CB, Clifford Alarm, Genos Garage cup holder, and Husky Floor Mats.
Known problems: front drivers side wheel bearing is going out. Headliner if falling off at the edges (stapled in place) oil stains on the carpet, some dents, lots of tree branch scratches, and other little things that I cant think of right now.
Asking $5000 obo. Willing to trade for a Land Cruiser or Boat. I need a SUV for long trips/towing my current boat. My mind is thinking 60 or 80 series land cruiser. Will trade this plus cash for an LX450.
EDIT: Price drop to $3500. The check engine light popped on. Its a miss on the #5 cyl. According to my research, its probably a spark plug wire. I honestly don't want to deal with it so my loss is your gain.
