1995 KZJ78 Manual Transmission (1 KZ-TE) No Power!!

Hello all,
I recently had some fuel delivery issues with my 1995 Prado SX (1KZ-TE (5 Speed)). I changed out all of my fuel hoses, got a new fuel filter housing, new fuel filter, and removed and cleaned the SCV Valve. This got the Prado back to where it will start every time with no delay, only now she will not accelerate over 1400 RPM. Is this some type of limp mode? Has anyone else experienced this? Is there one specific sensor that if damaged, would not allow the truck to accelerate?

egr still in tact? If so, maybe bypass it temporarily to see if that sovles the issue. There was a guy on here with kind of the similiar issue and he blocked off the vacuum for the egr system and solved his no-power issue.

Hi @davidB1221 - how did this turn out? Also where did you get fuel filter, hoses and housing from?

I have same config and yr with a similar issue where it takes some cranking to start (inconsistently)
