I'm ready to move on from my current rig into something else. I was originally interested in a newer, less built 4Runner or Tacoma, but Landcruisers (specifically 80's) have really peeked my interest lately.
I'm a fairly reqular member on PBB, TTORA, and Yotatech; however, I have been lurking around MUD fro a number of years and have just signed up to get my feet wet with cruisers.

Anyways, I'm looking to trade my 1995 linked, chopped, etc 4Runner for a Landcruiser (not dead set on an 80), 4Runner, or Tacoma. Just ready for something different. If I were to sell outright, I'm looking for $7000. This truck is up for sale on other forums, as well.

Specs:
Basic:
- 1995 4Runner 3VZE V6 ~180k (runs great for a 3VZE)
- 5spd conversion (R150F)
- Power everything.

Interior:
- Herculined floor board
- Hunsaker reclining vinyl seats (cream color)
- Cobra CB
- Aftermarket CD player (can't remember the brand, it doesn't read many CD's anymore. The AUX port in the front works great with my IPOD/ Phone)

Exterior:
- 15" black steelies
- 33 X 12.5 Maxxis Bighorns (read details)
- Allpro front tube bumper
- Smitty Built xrc10 winch (only used to recover others)
- Custom (me) rear tube bumper w/ receiver hitch
- Marlin sliders
- Herculined rocker panels
- Rear hatch has been chopped and welded back behind rear seats.
- Herculined back of side-view mirrors (Hate chrome)
- Full set of 4 tube doors
- Trail dents and pinstripes come free of charge

Front Suspension:
- 1983 pickup axle
- 30-Spline Longfields
- Longfield hub gears
- 4.56 diff w/ Detroit locker
- Trail-gear hi-steer
- Custom 3-link (using radius arm) by Brent at Trailworks in Gallatin, TN
- Fox 2.0 airshocks

Rear Suspension:
- Stock IFS rear housing
- 4.56 diff w/ Detroit locker
- Trail-Gear 4" leaf springs
- Bilstein 5150's

I'm probably forgetting some things, but that list should give you most of the details.

This truck will climb a telephone pole if you want it to. All I've had to do is point it in the direction I want and it goes. I can't fathom what it can do with a "good" driver. This was my DD for some time, and it's treated me quite well. I've spent a lot of time and a lot of money building this rig. I'm not in any rush to sell it, but I'm just ready for something else. Could use a wire wheel and some paint on the armor, but you can tell that it's done it's job exceedingly well.

The Bad:
- Front axle is slightly bent. I have a new housing that will go with the buyer. If I were to just use it as a trail rig, I wouldn't even bother swapping housings. If it's going to be on the road a lot, I'd probably swap the housings for the stability (has some death wobble around 40mph over large bumps) and the tires.
- Front tires are about 45%, rear are balding (product not being able to properly align my front end while they were in the front).
- The hatch chop could be cleaned up. It leaks a bit around the bottom of the hatch, the interior could be covered, the interior bed sides could be covered, and the bondo job that I've started could be finished up.
- Only 2 speakers in the cab right now and rear seat are missing the seatbelts, but I have them available, just not installed.

Pricing:
I'm starting at $7K obo - I'm flexible. One can always go down, not up. I am also open to trades.
If a good price is reached, I may throw in:
- 3.4 Liter motor that I was going to use for a swap.

If you need more pictures, I'll see about getting some for you. The truck is in TN, as stated; however, I am in MD. My father or friend would likely be willing to help get more shots.

Let me know your thoughts.

Nice ride. If I had "extra" money, I would be interested.

I'm sure there will be plenty of interest; give it a week or two.

Thanks. Yeah, I'm just the kind of person that is ready to get things over with when I decide what I'm going to do. If I don't end up selling, I'm gonna sell my Ducati and drop the bag of cash and the truck off at a shop for some coilover, engine swap, and 37's lovin'. The airshocks are amazing, so coilovers are still a maybe.

I'm wanting to get into an 80. I know somebody is looking for a steal on a built rig... If I swapped the new axle housing in, it'd be asking a good bit more. This is a good chance to get a deal.

No worries. Thanks for the input. I truly appreciate the time you took to respond. I'm not trying to get all of my money out of this thing, and I want to be realistic. The thing is that you can always lower the price, but not really raise it. I'd gawk at a seller that asked 3k, then raised the price to 5k after interest was shown. I didn't expect to see 7k out of it, but I do expect to get decent money for a truck that can wheel anything in front, behind, and oddly enough beside it.

We all know what it costs to build any good vehicle. This can be had for a steal at any price below my original asking price, IMO. I wish I still had access to a shop because I'd finish up the body work and throw 37's on it and hit the trails again, but this is a luxury I no longer have. In this aspect, just about anyone could pick this up and polish her into an extraordinarily capable and sharp looking rig. If my Ducati sells first, that money will be paying a shop to polish it up for the roads and trails in MD; then my speed 6 is going to the first person with 15k in his/ her hand.

Oh, and I'm not married thankfully, but my girlfriend wants me to keep this. It's actually one of the reasons we're together. Chicks dig trail damage?

Anyways, I digress. If anybody is interested - shoot me an offer. Trust me, I won't hurt any feelings. I'm not selling gold bricks, but I'm not selling rocks either.
