I really miss my 60 I sold. Really miss it-

would consider trades for a 60 series.

1993 80 series, just under 200k.
Slee Shortbus front bumper with 12.5k winch
slee headlight harness upgrade and HIR bulbs
OME heavy lift w/ 1" spacers up front, including OME castor correction
Solidrockoffroad weld on sliders
4x4 labs rear bumper with ladder and tire carrier- also have custom made bike hauler that fits the labs bumper.
33" tires (firestone destination MT's- good life left, set of FIVE)
Boomin' stereo system with 12" sub
OEM Toyota Snorkel
F/R lockers
Pin7 mod done for you already.
Recent birf job (summer08)
Toyota Mini-truck front lockable hubs (I kept the drive flanges if you want to go back to stock)
CB
Big box of spare stuff (rear axles, TRE's, etc.. )
Custom MOMO steering wheel (Now I don't hit my knees on the darn stock wheel!)
Plenty of trail cred ready to go.

It's been my DD for 3 years.

You can see most of the build in the link in my sig line. Have done things since the last post (stereo and snork, etc..)

You can see what I'm sellin' and plenty of mudders have seen the truck in 'real-life' and can tell you first hand about it. You want a list of them, I can do that via PM. Your 60 will be of similar value. Not looking for a seriously built 60. OME and 33's would be perfect.

Cash price: $8000

Good lookin' truck Greg. I like the 80 series wheels on there.

nice does it have the parts time kit on it as well ??? you could keep the boomin system if you want as well as long as the sterio works I'm getting it for Mama:princess: to DD so I can take over the tow rig :meh: she works from home but need somthing that can carry all three kids when she goes places and follow me to the trail head :steer:

No. Unless you count dropping the front driveshaft as a 'part time kit'. I installed the locking hubs before a trip out for CM08, to test milage gain theories. I didn't see any milage benefit from running in a 2WD configuartion. So I put the front DS back in and have been running locked hubs ever since. I like the look of the locking hubs so I left them on. Unlocking them now really serves no purpose unless you also drop the front DS and lock the center diff.

What about a bronze 87 with: 2f/weber/header/free flow exhaust (could go back to stock Toyota); OME Medium; rear ARB; Aux Fuel Tank; ARB front; Tire Carrier rear; 31, 33 or 35's on black wheels; all serviced and ready to go.

PM me f you are interested, there are some other choices. Bob

How's the undercarriage? Rusty I would presume?
Mine's stock as a rock. You can go back and look at my first threads when I bought it August 2007.

Yep. better than some midwest trucks. One patch of rust on the rocker panel that is covered by the middle row door that will need attention at some point. That's the only part I'd consider 'cancer'.

here are some of my 86

Do you still want pics of mine or are you more intersted in that audi? No big deal to me- but just let me know.

yes i wanted the S4 cause its my other fav car but he doesnt want anything but a 40 so....

How about a 88 FJ62, 202K miles... Has OME, but SOA and 37s.

Modifications:

- ARB front bumper w/ Warn 8274 winch(150' of cable) and Hella 500 fog lights

- Slee sliders

- Custom rear bumper w/ dual swing outs and full roof rack with ladder built by Mark Whately

- 37" MTRs on 15x10 aluminum American Racing rims

- Lock Right locker in the rear axle

- 6" of lift via a Spring Over Axle conversion; the spring over was performed using 2.5" Old Man Emu lift springs w/ anti-inversion shackles. At cut-n-turn and full rebuild of the front and rear axles was performed as well. The steering set-up is a hysteer system from 4x4 Labs and places the tie rod behind the axle housing out of the way of rocks. The sway bars were retained and the links extended; the rear sway bar has quick disconnect pins for off-roading.

- Upgraded stereo system: Alpine head unit, up front 6" Polk audio component speaks, in the rear 6" Boston Acoustics and 12" Sony sub, there are two amps one to power the front and rear 6" speakers and one for the rear sub.

- Cobra CB in dash with 4' fire stick on the ARB

- New exhaust from the downpipes back

- Recently replaced tranny and t/case with a lower mile(125K) unit

- New belts
