Open checkbook maintenance for my beloved Cruiser from Dealer Alternative in San Antonio.
New job and long commute make this difficult for me to keep as a daily driver.
White exterior. Gray leather interior. Third seats. NO rips. NO tears. Fronts slightly stiff, but no cracking. Rears and third look beautiful.
Front/Rear Diff locks. ABS.
Radio changed from original toyota head unit to Scion Pioneer. Ipod capability. Original included with sale.
Antenna and up/down dash buttons working but broke off in car wash. Antenna motor seized up so ended up going with no fuss rubber mast. Radio reception improved.
Class 3 tow hitch WITH lock. 2" ball and receiver included. Brand new Painless Toyota trailer wiring kit with 4 pin connector.
Rear heat.
Toyota Factory Alarm with two controlers. Professionally installed hidden kill switch. No aftermarket monkeying.

Just completed a 1500 mile trip with absolutely no problems.
Last week, A/C stopped working. Orginally, one of the last of the R12 systems, it was converted in the late 90's with a complete rebuild. When I moved down to Texas, I had all the hoses changed and the system oiled and recharged and it worked great for the last 6 months. Mechanic diagnosed bypass valve and some other items. I have a written estimate if anyone interested. Requires removal of dash to get at it as you probably already know. $150 parts, $400 or so in shop labor. I don't have time or wrenching skills to tackle.
Originally purchased new in Houston. After many years of faithful service, it made its way to Chicago where it lived the pampered life as soccer mom transportation. I purchased in Chicago, brought it to Milwaukee and brought it back to Texas.
Planned to keep this forever- hence complete and overzealous maintenance. This vehicle has been baselined and is the perfect stocker for your build project. Or drive as is.
