I know that I will probably not find a buyer here, I am posting it on the 3s forums too but thought I would get the word out.
or is the light beige/sandstorm which is by far the best color ever.
The car has about 157K original miles. I bought the car at around 78K, I am the second owner. The 60K tuneup was done around 100K. We didn't know if the 60K was done so we did the 120K early. I am an adult and have never trashed on the car. I drive it very little now. I love this car and have owned it for almost a decade but my life is very busy and at my new house there is no garage so it is parked outside now. I feel sad for it sitting in the rain and getting driven once or month or less. I don't have the time to do the maintenance and I don't trust the shops to do a good job. I would like to see it go to a good home. If you think I need a different price tell me about it or better yet make me an offer. This baby needs a new home. It runs and drives but I believe it has a vacuum leak. I have some misc parts and a data logger cable for it too. Bring cash and drive it home before I change my mind.
The Good:
$3500 OBO
Manual Boost controller
Greddy Type S BOV
MSD Wires
K&N FIPK
Gutted main cats
Replaced output shaft
Replaced drivers side window roller guides and motor
New BF Goodrich Gforce tires.
New Battery
Bad:
Half shafts in the front
Motor mounts
Vacuum leak needs to be located and fixed
Driver's seat leather
Paint on bumpers and wing looking dull
Passenger side fog light
Misc maintenance stuff
Rear control arm
For more details about the possible vacuum leak look here:
Rough Idle, fluttery acceleration Data log included - 3000GT/Stealth International Message Center
Have some parts I have for it:
Also I found a 3 gauge fiberglass one piece A pillar from JAC engineering with a rich/lean and voltage that has never been installed. Here is the same manufactures pod:
1995 3000GT VR-4: JAC Engineering 3-Pod A-Pillar Installation
Right now there is a single bucket pod with a boost gauge. All gauges are autolite carbon fiber face and look good with the black with red stock gauges.
I also have a NOS set of dash vents still in the Mitsu plastic.
