1991 HDJ80 1HDT heater core replacement (1 Viewer)

My heater core has failed and I’m looking for a replacement if my original isn’t repairable. It’s been imported from Spain to the US. Anyone have any idea if it’s interchangeable with other models or where to find a new one?

Only the 96/97 80-series cores are still available.

You will need to have yours repaired or find a good used original.

if you are handy you can get a Denso one or aftermarket and move your pipes over solder/braze

It’s a big job!

We usually refoam all the hvac system while in there since it all has to come out.
