Contacted the seller, apparently it was imported from Austria, hence the LHD. It has the 2LT motor, I believe:

For sure, he indicated it was the 2LT, hence the lower price. I spoke to him and gave him my email addresss to get some better photos, but never heard back from him (he is not too computer-savvy, he told me).

It's got the light duty front clip. So, definitely an LJ and turbo location looks different from a 13B-T.
