1989 FJ62 Very Clean, Seattle Area

[COLOR=#white]1989 Toyota LandCruiser FJ62, 172,500/mi. This FJ62 is in excellent condition. I am the 3rd owner. The original owner was a lady who bought it new from Burien Toyota in Washington State. She sold it to her brother in 1999 and I bought it from him. All service records have been kept. It has been garaged all but 2 years of its life and has never been off road. [/COLOR]

[COLOR=#white]Body is straight with no rust. Original Dark grey metallic paint is in excellent condition. Automatic Transmission, Power Windows, Power Door Locks, Power Mirrors, Alpine CD player, Original carpet and floor mats are in excellent condition, Seats have had factory Toyota seat covers on them most of their life and are in excellent condition with no rips or stains except a couple very small cracks on the drivers side vinyl. All other interior components are in excellent condition. Engine runs perfect, and idles smooth. The main seal leaks about 2 drips per month but only if the truck is not driven. When I was driving it a few times per month it did not leak at all.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#white]It has an OME suspension kit, Weld super single ll wheels, Michelin 31X10.5” LTX AT tires with speedo correction adapter, Tow hitch with wiring, K&N air filter, Sylvania silver star headlights.[/COLOR]

[COLOR=#white]In the last 20,000mi the Tie rod ends have been replaced, Radiator and hoses were replaced, Intake manifold gasket replaced, Muffler and tailpipe replaced with Toyota parts, Front wheel bearings replaced and knuckles rebuilt, Water pump and all 3 belts replaced, as well as regular maintenance items such as Spark plugs, Distributor cap & rotor, New Battery, Fuel filter, Valve adjustment, Front end alignment, Coolant system flush, Air filter, Motorvac fuel system service, Trans oil changed (Amsoil Synthetic), differentials oil changed (Amsoil Synthetic), Transfer case oil changed (Amsoil Synthetic), Engine oil changes (Amsoil Synthetic)[/COLOR]

How did you sell it so quickly? Got pretty much the same and in seattle and cant sell it. Just wondering but congrats on the sell.

Had it in Auto Trader also and a guy saw it there, flew up from San Diego bought it and drove it home. It was pretty much as good as a full restoration, so if that’s what someone is looking for, and willing to pay for it, it’s a great deal. It only takes 1.

I love the color. Unfortunaly not good in the summer never less. I plan on having my 60 pained a dark green emerald green. This one how ever looks great. I need to find a 60 or 62 to eventually replace my rusting 60 or have mine done over.
