My 210k mile transmission in my ‘89 FJ62 went out on me. Anyone have either a low mileage or rebuilt one available for sale? Located in North Carolina. Just need something reliable that’s not going to go out on me in a year or two. Thanks!
 
Thanks and yes, I may still need it. It’s at H&H in Charlotte right now so I need to see how far Dean has gotten with it. Is it just the tranny or also the t-case? How’s the output shaft? Lastly, how much? Thanks! - Will
 
I am definitely interested in that transmission if it's available I am in Charleston South Carolina with a dead truck. Of course the first gentleman has dips
 
Yes...I've got the transfer case as well. Rig had only 60,000 on it when wrecked. I've already pilfered what I needed to restore my '87. The tub w/ all four doors is in beautiful rust-free condition(blue). Maybe you need some other stuff while your @ it? I'm thinking $1,200 for the tranny and transfer case. I'm in process of removing the tub from the bent frame. I'll go ahead and pull the tranny and case while I'm @ it.
 
Thanks. I talked to H&H and they’re almost finished having mine rebuilt or I’d be all over it, but let think what other parts I need. @dvanecek feel free to grab the tranny and I’m actually headed your way tomorrow for spring break with the fam at IoP.
