$5000 offers considered, advise on actual value appreciated
this is my daily driver. if i did more offroading i'd keep it but since i don't i'm going to see if it sells. i would not hesitate to drive it across the country.
206,xxx miles
- automatic transmission
- OME (old man emu) suspension, heavy duty on both ends
- 33x9.5 BFG all terrain k/o tires with 70% tread left
- full float rear axle from an austrailian BJ60
- man-a-fre ubolt flip kit
- upgraded front brakes: 4runner calipers and master cylinder. new disks at rebuild time
- front axle rebuilt approximately 2 years ago, all bearings replaced with koyo or timken units, redline oil in axles
- newish water pump, thermostat, a/c compressor and evaporator, belts, fuel pressure regulator
issues:
- coolant has a small leak i have been unable to locate after i rebuilt the system when the water pump was replaced
- engine idles high, vacuum leak is my next suspect area.
- some rust pinholes all over through paint, passenger front door is really rusty, passenger side front fender is bad too* rockers have minor rust.
- tail gate was dented, so i replaced it with a clean one but it's painted flat black. at a glance it doesn't look too far out of place.
- interior shows wear, but it's 18 years old that is hard to avoid
* have replacement parts, need to be painted and installed. these will be included if asking price is met.
i have been collecting parts to convert it to manual transmission. so far i have an h42 with spacer, transfer case (38mm idler i think, not sure) to minimize down time, and the rear driveshaft. these parts are included as well. haggling expected.
