1987 Toyota Landcruiser FJ 60
$5500 (OBO)
For sale is one 1987 Toyota Landcruiser with relatively low mileage for this make/model. Its a 4 speed manual with 172,XXX miles. It looks great ( both inside, and out for its age ), and runs strong. Its been lightly driven in the 8 months I've owned the vehicle, however recent acquisitions has made this one too many "fun cars" to own.

I am the third owner of this vehicle and the previous owner had it for over 10 years and maintained it regularly, along with detailed records of work done on the vehicle. I've since added/updated the following since my acquisiton last year:
  • Updated/replaced orginal Toyota carburetor with high performance 2 barrell Webber Carb kit.
  • Replaced/Updated Fuel lines, pump, filters etc where/when necessary
  • Replaced/Rebuilt all power steering components. ( updated power steering pump & had power steering box professionally rebuilt/installed. )
  • Professionally applied customized window tinting around entire vehicle
  • Replaced sections of exhaust pipe and had new muffler installed last October
  • AC recharged March 2011
Vehicle is being sold "As Is" with no warranty implied or guaranteed. This is not a showroom or show condition vehicle. It does have some topical rust and will need a paint job and some TLC if you are wanting to turn this into a classic show piece (this was never my intention).

Buyer is responsible for pickup/shipping of vehicle. I'll be happy to answer additional questions and can be reached at my email ( ferrissteve@yahoo.com ) or on my personal cell (573)-864-0449.
Thanks all for looking !!

Will also include unused extra steel bumper and any addtional parts that I've accumulated in the past 8 months.

whewww. That was for sale for 10k and the guy posted a video of it running. I'm sorry for 10k I wanted to see it crawling not sitting in a field at idle all stock and reasonably worn. Good Luck with your sale.

Congrats on the Sale!
I wish I could have made it out there to buy, but I have reciently decided that a 40 makes more sense for what I am looking at doing.
It really looked like a great Rig!!
