I have a 1987 Toyota 4x4 'Custom Cab' pick-up for sale. It's got the 22R engine and 5 speed manual transmission. The truck has approx 210,000 miles. It's a true 4 person small truck. I'm selling the truck as part of an agreement with my wife to allow the purchase of 40;). I have it on the Wyoming Craigslist, auto's for sale. I'm asking $2700.00 and am open to offers. Let me know if you're interested. Bob

Any more pics of it? Engine leaks...rust on the box etc? Where is it located? I am interested. I rarely check this forum so hit me direct at wyowater at msnDOTcom

linky (I thinky): 1987 TOYOTA 4X4 'CUSTOM CAB'

man o man, I was sold, until the lack of AC. My dogs would love the rear, and I could still haul stuff!

interior shots to drool on? (for the dogs, of course)

Yup, same truck. Your dogs would love this, as did ours. The lack of A/C is only an issue for a few days in the summer up here but I'd imagine a different story in New Mexico. Thanks for linking it. I'm not quite up to speed on this computer stuff.

P.S. - I could be enticed to deliver it to the Vail area of Colorado (my best friend lives there and it would be excuse for a trout fishing visit)!

Thanks for the pics, Bob. It is a cool truck and a great 3rz or 1KZ-T swap candidate.

Post up a SOLD message when you sell it, if it isn't otherwise by August I might be in the area to take a look! I can't believe it will last very long at your current price.

Hosting Bob's pics, let me know if you want them taken down-

Ken,

Thanks for hosting the pics. I hope they answered your questions. The truck is a really unique piece of Toyota history. I hate to sell it but my yard is looking like a Toyota museum and the more I accumulate, the less attention each receives. If your in the area, please feel free to drop a line. The coffee's always on here and Yellowstone Park is nice in August (albeit a bit crowded). We also have a great museum in Cody. The Buffalo Bill Historical Center has been called "The Smithsonian of the Rockies". Thanks again!

Bob

Thanks! I'll be putting it back out behind the garage today. She'll be back on the front lawn in September if any one is still interested. I'm off to work for the next 75 days. Enjoy your summer and we'll catch you on the flip side!
