1987 Hilux 2L Diesel Battery Recommendations

Hi Guys, I bought a 1987 quad cab hilux with a 2L (non-turbo) a couple of weeks ago. Yesterday it wouldn't start and turns out the battery is completely shot. I need to replace it ASAP, but have never selected a battery for a diesel engine, and certainly not for a Hilux. Specific recommendations are welcomed. Also, it's a single battery setup and not looking to do a dual setup. I'm located in NY, so temperatures will go below freezing, but nothing tooooo crazy.

Keep in mind I'm probably limited to Autozone and Pep Boys or similar as I need the battery quickly and that's all I can source locally. Thanks in advance.

The size of battery is 26R.

I had good luck with a Johnson Controls Amara Raja Amaron 95D26R made in India. - When my Glow Plugs failed I tried to start the engine and the resistance and heat broke the cable lug. Then the car was left in situ but with the lights on, although they didn't look on.
This battery survived an alternator rebuild, and two regulators.

I currently have a Johnson Controls Delkor 110D26R made in South Korea sitting on my lounge room floor ready to go in, after I get the new cable lug crimped on.

The battery technology of both is Silver Calcium.
