Are you referring to this piece? It's welded to the lower seat frame.

don't cut the inner hinge from the passenger seat i will take include the foam seat
please cut the inner hinge from the driver seat
i need two set of the outer reclining hinge both driver and passenger seat if you have it
and need one set of the seat rail both driver and passenger
also need the headrest from driver and passenger seat include the hardware to

Did you get the final weight of my stuff?
You can remove all the bottom cushion to reduce the weight.
Just the inner and outer hinge, seat rail and the headrest only
