1987 BJ73 Right-hand Drive A/C Evaporator

Hi All, new to the forums here. I have an '87 BJ73 with a freon leak. Testing suggests it's in the area of the evaporative cooler behind the dash. 2 questions:
- What is the process to get to that part & how difficult is it?
- Any suggestions on suppliers for a replacement evaporator... even if I need to order it from overseas?
