1987 BJ71 (LHD, i.e. Canadian) For sale

I never thought that this day would come but I am putting my beloved LandCruiser up for sale. I am the second owner and I have had it for 19 years (almost 3x as long as my former marriage). It has the 3B Diesel, barely broken in at almost 353,000 km. I will be posting photographs tomorrow. For a 20 year old vehicle it is very clean. The front hubs and brakes were done last year and have less than 3000 km since. The vehicle is clean inside and out. The seats have been re-upholstered and there is new metal wherever there was previously body rust. The frame and underside is solid. The only irritating this is the tach needle which is non-functioning however if you have ever driven one of these vehicles you know that it is abundantly clear when increasing RPM is not getting you any additional speed benefit. I will explain the tach to anyone that wants to know.Last year I backed into a tree and ICBC paid to fix the rear door and quarter panel. I am asking $12,000.
