Location?

The FJs didn't come with autos till 88 with the 3FE (FJ 62) so you would be looking at a domestic swapped drivetrain for a gasser. Can't recall off the top of my head when the HJs came to Canada (86 I believe), some were autos, but not many. The Canadian ones are mostly crusty with rust, and an auto is going to be SLOW with a normally aspirated 2H...... Pretty much leaves JDM (Japanese Domestic Market) HJ 61s, if they made them that early :meh:

I'm located in the Netherlands, but will buy anywhere in the world. Your story leaves little options for me, but I know my Toyota is out there somewhere.... Japenese domestic market is only right-hand-drive right? I want a left-hand drive....
