Hey all,
I'm putting my HJ60 up for sale. I bought it here in Alaska in Fairbanks and it's been my daily driver for 4 years or so now.
Things I've done:
-All new fluids
-New brakes front and rear
-New shocks front and rear
-New tires
-Rebuilt the front axle
-Rebuilt/Cored OEM Radiator
-bought the graphics to brighten it up a bit
-Heated seats (front)
-New Carpet
-Odds/ends like bumper end caps, , OEM wheels, mud flaps, etc. to get it looking stock again, threw a radio in there.
It's been flawless and reliable mechanically. I'm getting around 17mpg (some times more/less) around town. I store it in a warehouse during the winters.
2H with about 150k on the clock.
Please know it is a Canadian cruiser so it's had it's life in the salt. Previous owner said he got it from a guy in Florida. It has a 10 footer paint job and you can see it's had some body work in those rear quarter panels/tailgate. Most likely rusted and repaired like some many out of Canada. With that said, I haven't had a single issue with it. Underneath it looks good as you can see and it's very dry.
The only thing inoperable is the Tach and I have the part for that. I also realized that I have the front wheel well rubber that project the engine from dirt and have not put them on yet.
Let me know if you have any questions, long time Mud member, truck is Alaska, if you're here come and take it for a test drive. Shipping to Tacoma, WA is roughly a grand? Maybe 1100/1200? I'll grab the mileage tomorrow.
Looking for 15k for this daily driver.
