1986 FJ 60 rescued from my nephew that is going into the Navy. Mileage 157915, rough on the edges, still going thru it for condition and pics, great project vehicle. Was not running, found out smog pump siezed and mtr could not turn, Micky moused belts to bypass pump and drove it home today! Typical LC! in the right hands you can keep it running with wire and duct tape!
Runs great, good MTR and trans, passed smog last year, drive train ok just needs LOTS of TLC on the body and interior. Did not replace smog pump. Not found any significant rust yet, CA truck! has dents and scrapes, no oil leaks noted. I'm an original owner of a 87' 60 & restored a 69' 40 don't need another project! I've included pics. Ask all the questions you want! If you want anymore pics or info email me. I will not part it out you must drive it or haul away complete. FJ is located in Orange, CA near the Pond and Angel Stadium area. In the process of transferring title, should be ready to go in about 10 days with a clean title and pink slip. Paid off remaining loan amount. Thinking $3000.00 OBO in current as-is condition.
