craigslist 1985 near Lafayette, LA (Not Mine)

Saw this on local Facebook, and thought I'd throw it up here, since it looked like a fair price. These forums were a huge help to me before I took the plunge on a '99 LX in May.

Unfortunately I'm too far away in New Orleans to be much local scouting help (and too little of a mechanic to be much help anyway.)

I'm in Lafayette, LA and drove out to test this Crusier out. Here's my take:
Power steering leak
Front seal leak
Transfer case leak
Wiper switch out
Oil pressure gauge out, odometer, spedometer out (stuck at 205,000)
Large dent on passenger wheel well
Whole drivers side side swiped at some point, large dents, missing mirror
Possible repaint at some point
Saggy butt syndrome
Cracked dash

A little too much work for $5500 IMO
