$1,700.oo Up for sale is my project truck, with clear Tennessee title. I NEVER wanted to give this up. ....but the block cracked. I found and purchased two more 2F engines. First one is complete 1983 2F with AISIN carb, Dizzy, oil cooler, and all. I would liked to had it rebuilt before installing. Thats where I left off(saving money for the rebuild). Second is a '78or79 flat top piston long block. I have left it out in the weather for the last 3 months The '84 block that came outta the truck is still complete with AISIN carb, and all, just a busted block. It ran around my yard, but the more water I would add started pouring into the oil. So, I drove it to where it is now, and pulled the motor. This was about three months ago.
I am now laid off of work, and have all the time in the world to rebuild this engine, but no cash. Anyhow, I am forced to sell, everything!
The truck's interior is in good condition. The driver seat has the normal hole in it at the lever. Other than that you would be surprised to find this good of interior in this truck. There is little rust in the body, but it is all covered by a diamond plated aluminum trim along the body. Pretty clean from any excessive body rot. Frame doesn't have too bad of issues either, no rust thru, but plenty of surface rust. This truck is not perfect and has been off road, however is FAR from beat up. Still looks good, and very solid. Paint looks pretty redneck. YAKIMA Safari basket. Old Man Emu 4"+ Lift with grease nipples. RANCHO Shocks. 35" DUNLOP MUD ROVERS. New exhaust from TRI MILL HEADER to EDLEBROCK muffler, to tailpipe $400 just a few months back. Maybe 100 miles run through the exhaust.
I know I'm missing some things, but I'll post as I remember. Plus ask any and all you need to know. I will take pictures as needed, also. I will post these pics I have now, and try to update soon. The pic I have is the day before I drove up to drive to pull the engine, then the day the engine came out. Still looks the same just minus the motor, and fenders, and grill, radiator, hood. Its all here, and ready to go with you. Truck is located at my home in Seymour,TN 37865. I can bring the truck to you, ANYWHERE in the continent. Just pay $1.50 per mile. I've got the time, just not the diesel.
