Correction: Doesn't look like a diesel. Valve cover says "3Y", which is a 2 liter gasoline engine. Still pretty cool.

That’s a YN57 pickup. Reasonably normal fare for pickups in the General Markets as well as the Middle East. Not very common for Europe.

Probably sold new as a fire truck--commercial sale, not consumer. Just guessing, though.
