1983 Toyota Fj60 Land Cruiser – 255000 miles, 65k on original rebuilt 2f motor, it was repainted a few years ago, very clean inside and out, there are two tears in the headliner – one next to the drivers flip down sun shade and the other in the trunk where the headliner meets the left window. Also, there is what appears to be a small burn in the trunk carpet – see pics. Other than that interior is exceptionally clean. No cracks on the dash, no tears in the seats, non-smoked in car.
The exterior is also very clean. There are no scratches that I am aware of on the paint. The paint is in very good condition. This cruiser was originally blue. The paint job was done very professionally at the time of the engine rebuild as the door wells and the engine compartment were all painted at this time. You will only find blue in a few discreet places like under the headliner etc. There is no rust on this vehicle. There was some rust on the roof but it was dried out for a few months in a garage before being cleaned and painted – see pics.
The fj60 drives great, the engine runs well and the 4-speed manual transmission is really tight, shifts smoothly and does not grind when down shifting. 4x4 works without a hitch. It has 31x10.5 tires. Just passed strict California test-only smog emissions test. Also included is a new rebuilt carb.
Ready for the trails! Asking $5500 obo, must sell make me an offer, its going on ebay this weekend.
