*Good candidate for a frame-off restoration*

For sale is my 1983 Land Cruiser FJ60 with 110,XXX miles on it. I purchased this vehicle from someone who restores them as a hobby.

Items of note:
1. Dozens of maintenance receipts going back to the late 90's
2. 17" wheels with a fresh set of BF Goodrich All-terrain tires mounted and coated flat black
3. Rare wood trim interior (view more on that below)
4. There are replacement panels (pictured) for all the damage mentioned below, these come with the car
5. The roof rack is a rare older generation ARB roof rack (powder coated)
6. Pioneer head unit with Bluetooth and speakers which sound like new
7. Original owner manuals
8. Front locking differential
9. 4 speed transmission

Imperfections:
1. The car has some rust on the rocker panels and rear hatch, but very minimal for a Midwest car
2. The air conditioning lines need to be converted and re-filled, a cheap conversion kit will do the job
3. The damage on the front passenger side (shown in pictures)
4. Tear on passenger seat

The previous owner recently started a business called "WoodWrite," his own wood working business. Several projects he has worked on was to perform an interior restoration on vintage cars which had wood which was beginning to warp. He used his skills to create some subtle additions to this car. These include replacing the gauge cluster, door handles, and center console pieces with a real oak wood. The actual car can be viewed in a popular mechanics article here:
For a One-Of-A-Kind Car Interior, Go With Hand-Built Wood Paneling

I have daily driven this car since February. My primary reason for selling the car is because I intended to repair the body work and other items as needed, however due to a track car I'm building, I have no funds to spare for this project. This is a great car for someone looking for a mechanically original cruiser they can begin a great body-off restoration from. The condition of the vehicle will speak for itself so come see it in person.

Asking for $7,500 OBO
