Josh show me more pictures I have a possible interested buyer. Bring it, money for the non payments of that other vehicle.

I'm still working on the boss. He claims he wants it for him but then he's not sure if his wife would like it or drive it. I said if it's for you who cares.

The boss is out but believe me I haven't given up finding someone to get interested and buy. I'm hoping to get a day or afternoon off so I can get that motor in. Thanks again Josh

It's the market. I've been trying to sell a motorcycle for 8 months and 3k under blue book. Yeah lots of tire kickers and "I'm really interested" but then you never hear from them again.

Wow, good job... Thanks for killing any potential buyers... :flipoff2:

He's right though. This is a great looking FJ60 and 5 years ago would have been a $7000 truck, and maybe more. Now it will be tough to get that price. There are just too many LC wagons for sale.

Like Waggoner5, I just bought an 89 FJ62 with 117k miles and all records for $2000. It's in the same shape as your blue one, ie very clean and nice.

I'd look at this as a blessing anyway. You can tell the GF that you are trying to sell it, but gosh darn, it just won't sell. Besides, you aren't even married and she's forcing you to sell something irreplaceable like an FJ60 this nice?:flipoff2:

Keep the pimp hand strong, brotha.' :grinpimp:

PS..I ordinarily would not comment in a guy's for sale thread, but you did ask for feedback a few posts back. I'm happy to delete this post if you feel it's hurting your sale. Good luck, it really looks like a great truck.

HAHA, naw its cool dude. :princess: didn't tell me to sell it. I just HATE owing people money so I'm trying to sell the 60 and her old teggy to pay for the Matrix XRS (Most B.A. chick car) I bought her. I'm not in a real rush to sell it. At the end of the day, I have no problem making the payment on her car, I just don't want to cause it sucks from my FJ55 fund. The 60 really isn't getting driven much (50 miles a week or so) so it made sense. I'm gana hold strong on the price for a while and if it does not sell, oh well, I guess I'll just hold on to it.

On the other hand, this dumb Acura Integra HAS to go. I'm sick of seeing it. I can't believe it hasn't sold yet. The thing gets consistent 30-35 MPG and only has 83K miles on it! BUY MY TEG!

I am a dealer with all my vehicles in the $7000 range and down, gas savers, SUVs, big mix and I have only sold 3 cars for "cash" in the past 4 months. Nobody is spending like they were last year. I cant even sell an extended cab toyota tacoma sr5 for $3000. Its perfect with ac, auto trans, last year it would have sold in the first day on the lot, now I have had it for 3+ months. Good luck, last year I would have been a player on your rig, but not this year..........

Zulu,

I feel your pain - trying to sell an old gas hog SUV when nobody's buying cars, and especially not one's like ours. Mine is an '87 with no rust but lots of miles and a salvage title. At least you don't have those two problems. I can't get $4,500 for it. I'd really like to buy one of those ridiculously cheap FZJ80s I see all over the place but can't deal until I have a large chunk of money in my hand to put toward it. Those $5k - $6k FZJ80 that people are unloading are driving the price of our even older trucks down as well. When supply far exceeds demand, prices will fall.

I feel yer pain zulu...two months n she hasn't sold. :crybaby:

see, I'm on the other end. I'm hunting for a nice FJ45/HJ47 or FZJ80. I'm in no rush, n the thing is, prices on all goods will continue to drop...laws of supply n demand. :frown: with the final bell ringing on wall st, more wallets n nest eggs are gonna hurt.

wish you best of luck bro'!! ;)

hey man I tell yah if I didn't have so many bills I'd buy it so I can take my time with the pig, now that I sold my other transportation and bought another motorcycle.
