Back up for sale...I had a buyer who gave me a deposit to hold it for him for 30 days. He works offshore and found out that his boat will not be going back out until October so he wants out. I have lowered the price to $13,000.00.

330k KM's (canadien model) Im looking for a 40 that I can take on the trail and use on the road. Im open to a strait trade or trade + cash--depending on the 40 I guess--

that is a gorgeous nicely modded bj60! everything i'd want for my bj60. wow. i don't get why you'd want to get rid of such a hard to find lhd diesel for a gasser 40 series? it'll get the job done on the trail and haul more stuff and have waaay better mileage!

was this some form of frame off resto? i know it used to be the brown one, and the engine bay painted red all the way.. nice interior too w/o the typical drivers seat tear, but looks re-upholstered too (looks fluffier than my seats!)?

g'luck anyway. cheers.

2 main reasons for me getting rid of it: 1. Im in New Orleans and this has no A/C 2. I just spent my wad on my 89 fj62 early 2010 (check out my thread on the bayou state landcruisers clubhouse). My wife really wants to go topless so with that in mind having 2 wagons in the garage makes no sense when my wife puts it in "Topless" terms a 40 it is--Cheers back at ya

yep, that IS sweet. gotta say tho, you got nice expo bumpers on the bj60, did you ever think of just swapping bumpers and keepin the expo stuff on the blue one and sellin the diesel with the chrome bumpers? options i guess.
nice rigs!

From what little I know about Cruisers, you have one sweet truck for sale. I'd love to have one like that, how available are parts for the diesels?

That is a beautiful truck!! Someone needs to buy this NOW!! I would, but I have too many as it is.

I'm speaking from total inexperience but what is the fuel economy jump with the diesel engine, I'm familiar with VW diesels in cars but haven't a clue with Landcruisers.

Want to trade for an 80??

Tim
