I've put this on Ebay a couple of times with no takers, so I thought I'd make one last go. I'll also list it on Craigslist.
I use this truck as my daily driver and it has been entirely reliable. Engine is strong, has about 250,000 miles on it. A couple of minor oil leaks, one being the crank main end seal and the other is likely the rocker cover gasket.
Exhaust system needs replacement. Doors lack interior seals and other rubber bits.
Bodywork is shabby, mostly due to failure of the primer to adhere properly and filler cracking and flaking off. Some rust at the seams just rear of the doors, and one small hole on the passenger side rocker.
Has factory fog lamps, a nearly new pto, Toyota tachometer mounted on the dash. Bucket seats (FJ60) with Tuffy box in between. New Toyota floor mat (uninstalled).
Converted to LHD by changing out the entire firewall. New fenders and bib. 70 series marker lamps.
Full float rear axle. H41 transmission. Parking brake on transfer case. 4 wheel disc brakes, all Toyota. Trayback (aluminum). 70 series steel rims with Toyo tires in excellent condition. Power steering, using Bandeirante power steering box mounted in factory location on a cast pedestal. 4x4Labs hi steer, with DOM tie rod, etc. OME spring and shock package. Rear anti sway bar.
Why am I selling? It wasn't an easy decision at all. The truck needs some more money spent on it and I am buying a house right now and am wanting to put money into other things. I lack a place to work on the truck, which is pretty important.
I have kept all receipts. Factory manuals, tools, trouble light come with truck. $15,000, ono. I have loads of pictures and will mail them out to interested parties. Serious offers only please.
