Hello,

I have decided to put my beloved 1982 FJ60 Land Cruiser up for sale. It has been my daily driver for the last 2 1/2 years and treated me well. I bought it with 144,000 miles and then put some work into it.

About the rig:

Stock 2F Motor with headers
In the last 2 years:

16" FJ80 Rims ($300)
Wheel Spacers ($200)
Thermostat, Thermostat Housing
Radiator Flush + All new hoses
New Belts
Hella Front Lights
Recent radiator (prior to my ownership)
Recently passed Oregon DEQ (tags good til 9/12)
Has original stock bottle jack, tire iron, manual

Interior is good - quarter panels inside are clean and intact. Dash is like new without the typical cracks. Gauges all work good and rear heater works. Wipers and washers work front and rear. Drivers side seat shows typical wear. Rear trunk area is immaculate. Pioneer CD/ MP3 Player w/ Boston Acoustic speakers (sounds great). Overall I'd say interior is 8/10

Exterior is good - straight frame, body panels are pretty good but show some dings and scratches. Overall the paint looks pretty good and waxes up nicely. Paint is worn in a few areas and there is some minor rust in spots(like around the rear Land Cruiser emblems). No cancerous rust eating through wheel wells that is common on a lot of cruisers. The color hides any of the small rust spots pretty well. I'd say 7/10 but really good for a vehicle that turns 30 in a month.

Looking for someone who will take care of this rig and give it the love it deserves. Sold as is in West Linn Oregon. It has a clean title in my name. ***SOLD for $4800***

Thank you,

Andy

How does the frame and underside of the truck look? When you mention that the color "hides" any small rust spots, where are the rust spots and how many are there?

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hey zach,
The frame and underside look good. Frame is rust free and straight. I'll try and get pictures tomorrow.

The rust spots are kinda random. If you look in the pics you can see a spot around the Landcruiser emblem on each side. There is a small surface spot on the drivers side rear wheel well. There is a spot bellow the driverside back window sill that is about 2" by 1/2". The front window seal has some small rust around it but no leaks or anything that goes through the panels. One spot on the roof from a branch (I presume) about 6" x 2". But none of it screams rust because of the brown paint.

I'll try and get more pictures tomorrow, however I have a full price offer
coming in the morning if he likes everything. I always figured if someone wanted to fix the small rust and drivers seat then the rig would be with the $7-8k land cruisers.
