1981 Jeep Wagoneer 104,000 og miles

I have a 1981 Jeep Wagoneer for sale. It has all new seals, ac compressor, rebuilt carb, crankshaft pullys, belts, harmonic balencer, custom headliner, duel exhaust, new head lights, new radiater, new hoses . This rig has a 360 V8 with 104,000 og miles. This is my wifes rig and now she wants something a little smaller. We are asking $3300 or trade for a 4 runner or honda. The only bad with this truck is radio doesn't work, passenger rear window goes down about an inch ( may need new motor) back glass goes down slow.We are located in Ellijay Ga and this ad is also on craigslist Atlanta. Not to sound mean but you do know this is a Land Cruiser site? Most guys here use jeeps for wheel chocks. Just being a smart a**. Good luck with the sale.

Yes i'm aware that its a landcruiser site... I see other people putting up other rigs besides landcruisers so i thought i would be cool too... Also we just got rid of our 82 fl 60 and are kicking ourselves in the a*@ because the guy who bought it just trashed it...

ANYWAY, can you give me/us a little more of the vehicle history?

How many owners, been any accidents, how has it been maintained, etc...

The only ones I can recall seeing are the woody ones. Is it the original color/paint?

This vehicle has not been in any accidents. It is my wifes rig and all she does is pick our boy up from school and short trips like that. Oil has been changed every 3000 miles. We are the second owners on it. The guy we bought it from had 6 wagoneers and took very good care of them. It is not the original paint he took the wood paneling off and had it repainted maroon and tan. The paint job was about 3 years ago but it has some clearcoat issues. On the hood and roof the clearcoat is peeling. I dont know if it was sprayed thin or what it was like that when we bought it. There are 2 nickel size rust spots just minor ones. The frame and everything else is in great shape. My wife just thought she needed something big when i had my fj60 and now shes really not into it. I would keep it but im back in the market for another fj60. I will get more pics up this afternoon.

Man I hate to hear about the FJ60, I had to sell mine for financial reasons and the a hole stripped it. Any way I will pass your listing on to my brother to post on the jeep boards to help you out. Yep, he is a closet jeep owner. Still trying to convert him.
