Anyone have some combination of these 3 brackets for the 1979+

And this one...which is for the single down pipe (instead of twin-pipe USA spec)
setup. I'll be fab'ing a single pipe setup with this new exhaust.
This one is much needed and connects to the
bell housing for stability. 17571-61060

I have several of the second bracket. I might have one of the first.

@pardion I think the one on the right is 61030 and it may be for the earlier models where the exhaust pipe runs down the inside of the frame. Just looking at it (I've never laid eyes on these parts before) leads me to believe it may catch the pipe lower. The one I was thinking fit my plan is 61060. I'm wanting to catch the down pipe earlier in its run because I have to cross over to the outside of the frame rail.

However! The one on the left is the US normal for the 79+ twin down pipe. I had not considered using that bracket because i'm going single pipe....but it may be the best option. I could probably weld a hold on the down pipe to work with that one.

I have to think about this a bit. Unclear.

The parts diagram for 1/79+ in most markets and US 8/80+ market shows the bracket angle up not down. Which makes sense since the exhaust runs over the frame not inside along the frame. Part number is 17571-61100 of course it is NLA.

Curious if the original poster bought the Heritage program the reproduction 17401-61090 pipe or had something custom bent? Or you able to actually find a good used one?

I've got the two different down pipe from the used on US FJ60s.

Not sure if either of these could be a start at making one.

Yep @Living in the Past .... this piece of your second photo is what i was "thinking" was the proper choice.

This type of bracket is pointed more forward (as opposed to down) as you pointed out. For 1979+ the down pipe crosses the frame on the "dirt side" of the frame and is routed outside of the frame rail due to the cat. I have seen pics where the FJ Company routes it "on the non dirt side / over" but still gets it to the outside of the frame.

I HAVE seen that heritage down pipe and I believe it was listed something like $450 plus shipping. I'm however planning on building the whole exhaust (including down pipe) out of stainless with off the shelf mandrel bends. Perhaps its a fools errand but that's the plan.

Would you part with that piece I've snagged a photo clip of ... I'm not totally sure if the complete 60 down pipe is really workable for what I'm attempting. I guess I could entertain the whole pipe + bracket ... but I suspect its apples and oranges to the 40?

Resolved?

I picked up 1 down pipe flange from pardion and 2 mid-pipe from homey15 . Turns out I had to build a custom one for the
downpipe anyway...because I did this over the frame routing. Thanks for asking @65swb45 ! I owe you a big thanks on several
things in the past with my EGR. I'm ALMOST completed on that part of the project and will tag you in my build when I finish that bit
