I am going to take more pictures, and try to start it. I believe that the leak is from the oil drain plug not sealing well. but will check that out for sure. Last drove about 5 yrs ago and don't remember a leak.

There is a thread concerning starting an engine that has been sitting for some time. You may want to check that out. Something about pre-lubing the cylinders and hand cranking. Especially if it was not properly "put away" 5 yrs ago.

Bought new bat. hooked it up and she fired right up. 14 Deg. here in Providence. Had to prime the carb. but started without any trouble.
