Wanted 1979 FJ40 Ambulance door locking mechanism

Hello. I have a pair of ambulance doors that I am in the process of restoring and I need the internal locking mechanism with rods to open and close the top and bottom latches. I have the interior handle and one of the internal rods but no outside lock and the rest of the internal pieces are missing so I need the spring-loaded latches and all other hardware. HELP! Any available parts would be appreciated to be sent to zip 24018 in VA. Thanks, Alan

This is what I have , off a 79 from NV I don't have the key or the nuts for the handle.
I Think $75 for everything. It would fit in a USPS box.

Sounds good and I could use all of the parts including the strikes. I will call my body guy tomorrow and see if I need anything else. How should we handle the transaction in terms of payment and shipment? Alan
